Veterans applying for membership in the American Legion can fill out the application and bring to the Post, 10 Webster Road, Lisbon ME or mail to the adjutant at American Legion Post 158, PO Box 575, Lisbon ME 04250-0575, along with a copy of your DD-214 (DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS) and a check or money order for the appropriate dues. Please include your phone number so we may contact you if there are any questions.

Auxiliary applicants and Sons of the American Legion applicants can e-mail the Post Adjutant  or call the Post at 353-8192 for further information.
